CABINS:

Our cabins are housekeeping including dishes, bed linens, appliances, carpeting, microwaves and coffee makers, toilet paper, coffee filters and garbage bags. We furnish the dish soap in those cabins with dish washers. Most are a few feet from the lake and have a panoramic view. Each cabin has a charcoal grill, fire pit, picnic table, deck. and a boat, if reserved.

You can bring soap, towels, dish soap, and lawn chairs.

QUIET HOURS:

Out of respect for all guests, quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm-8am.

VISITORS:

Your cabin fees are only for those registered and do not include additional visitors. All visitors must register upon arrival and pay a fee of $3.00 per person, per day. All guests must leave by 9:00 p.m.

OVERNIGHT EXTRA GUESTS:

In order to maintain quiet and peaceful conditions for all guests it is necessary to control the number of extra visitors and overnight visitors per cabin. For each additional person over the listed cabin capacity add $25 daily or $100 for the week. Children under 2 stay free. Please notify us of extra guests.

Reservation Policy:

Phone reservations will be held for 5 days pending arrival of a deposit. Advance reservations can be made when you depart. You have first choice of the same cabin and date for the next year. To avoid any misunderstandings, you will be charged for the number of nights of your reservation, so check your dates carefully. A deposit of $400 (or one day's rate for shorter stays) is required by check or credit card to confirm your reservation. Our receipt of your deposit guarantees that space is reserved for you. In return you are financially responsible for the entire reservation. Deposits are refundable- less a $50 cancellation fee when cabin is re-rented for dates reserved.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-In time is 3pm and Check-Out time is 9am.

Credit Cards:

We prefer cash or check, but will accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.

Pet Policy:

No pets are allowed during the Summer season. For Spring and Fall reservations are required! Out of respect for other guests, pets must be leashed at all times, attended to, and picked up after. A portable kennel for your pet is encouraged.

General:

-For the privacy and security of all our guests, visitors must register at the office when they arrive.
-Damages due to neglect will be guest's expense.
-For the peace, safety and enjoyment of all we do not allow dirt bikes, four wheelers or fireworks. Firearms allowed only during hunting season.
-Out of respect for all guests, quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm-8am.
