Duck House

This year-round cabin is located 1/4 mile from the resort on the river connecting Child Lake and Woman Lake. This new cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and 1 3/4 bathroom.  Accommodates 6 with the master bedroom having a queen size bed and the second bedroom which has a full size bed with twin bunk beds. It also has a queen-sized pull-out couch in the living room to accommodate two more people. The cabin has a dock and boat slip spot for average sized boats 18’ and shorter, as well as full access to the beach and amenities at the resort. 

• Sleeps 6; sleeps 8 if using the queen-sized pullout couch – each additional person above an occupancy of 6 is $50 dollars per day or $175 for the week.
• $350 per night in summer season; $250 per night spring, fall, and winter seasons.
• $100 dollar pet fee (2 pets) all seasons. You must follow current resort pet rules and pets will not be allowed on resort grounds during the summer season.
• Weekly booking means check in Saturday at 3 pm and check out is Friday at 12 pm. This cabin will be a 6-night rental and not 7 nights.
• 1 Kayak and 1 paddleboard will be located at the cabin. 
• Resort boats will not be rented at this property.  You will need to bring your own boat. 
  

Cabin furnishings include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, bed linens, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and cooking utensils, charcoal grill and picnic table. Our guests are provided coffee filters, garbage bags, toilet paper, and dish soap for those cabins with dishwashers.  There is a television in the cabin with roku device.  The cabin has Wifi. Guests should bring their own personal/toiletry items, bath and kitchen towels plus washcloths, soaps and shampoo and charcoal. Outdoor chairs are also good to bring.

Each cabin has its own campfire ring, and the firewood is provided free of charge to guests. Our firewood needs to be cut down to campfire size with the bow saws we provide. If you supply your own tool, such as a chainsaw, please know that the resort is not responsible for any injuries while cutting firewood. You will need to come to the resort to cut your own firewood.
